This week was hard. My eating was not as good as it could have been and I didn’t workout at all. My life just feels like it’s going in hyperspeed now and I just want to pause. There is always a test, or a quiz, or a project, or a huge assignment to complete that I have to work on. I take the SATs soon and I have to start studying for them and there is just so much pressure on me now that I feel like I’m drowning in a huge pool. I’m trying to get it together but I have never been so underwater in my life, and I was a swimmer for most of my adolescence. And I am done with 1st week of my Bikini Ready Body Challenge. I have to say this week has been a learning experience. I started off good and then started reverting to bad habits (starving) and then binging. I decided that I want to keep my calories between 1200-1500 calories so I have a bit of wiggle room. My workouts for next week are also shorter so I will be more likely to do them. My main goal for the next few months is to gain healthier habits and get to a healthy weight. One of my New Year’s Resolutions was to get to a comfortable weight/body. To get there I’m going to start posting weekly updates on my weight, diet and workouts. Hopefully I can help anyone who is trying to get fit. This challenge will go till June 21st which the end of school for me. I have lost weight before so I know what I need to do, I just need to do it. This program is going to be a similar format to Beach Body Bootcamp, which I did over a year ago. I posted this picture on instagram like 2 weeks ago and have planned to do a recipe post for a while but just never got around to it. It’s actually an easy process, you just need to experiment with the spices. The first pictures of the ones I made and the second is the recipe!

Yesterday was the final day of Hot Bod 4 Week Challenge and I have to say that I was not very good with it. I didn’t follow all of the rules every day and know that if I did, I would have had better results. But with this behind me, I plan on working hard and just trying to eat healthy. As many of you know I promised a prize($15 itunes gift card for your workout playlist) to those who participated. To win that prize, you must be following my blog, instagram, and twitter. This updates gonna be really quick because not much has really changed. I followed the plan better this week than last week but I was not perfect. This coming week is finals week but right after that expect more posts from me. I also have a few surprises for you all that I think you guys are going to like.

I hope Week 1 was awesome for all those that participated. Week 1 was not very good for me though. I ate food I wasn’t suppose to eat and didn’t workout. My cop out is school’s almost over for me and I have to do projects and study for finals but I still should have done better.

Summer’s just about here and I know I’m not ready for it. But that’s okay because for the next 4 weeks both you and me will be busting our butts to get in awesome shape. I have a list of guidelines that you can pick and choose which ones you want to follow. The ones I stress that you do are closer to the top of the list. The challenge will run from June 2 to June 29. I recommend not weighing yourself till the very end so that you will not be disappointed. Base your results on how you feel and how your clothes fit for a better indication.
